1. How does sleep effect your learning?
Sleep help your memory things you learn that before day.
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
Think is 9-12 hours because i the article says different years old people need different time to sleep. and the teenage need more sleep for next day school.
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
Not because i think my sleep in normal because i sleep at 10:45 each day. so i wake up in 8:00 I don't feel tried. and only weekend I sleep little let, so I can take back sleep time in the day.
